At Evans and Company Family Lawyers our partners are both accredited specialists in the area of Family Law. They have undergone a significant amount of training not only in their studies at university but also through the Queensland Law Society to obtain this qualification as an accredited specialist in Family Law.
At Evans & Company Family Lawyers, all staff are encouraged to further their education to obtain the right to call themselves a “specialist”. Both our associate lawyers are working towards their Masters of Family Law.
At Evans & Company Family Lawyers we are conscious of the need to specialise in order to keep up to date with all aspects of Family Law and provide the most thorough and up to date advice to our clients.
The Queensland Law Society has put in place a program whereby lawyers can undergo lengthy assessment and examinations conducted by the Queensland Law Society and by their peers to prove that they have an advanced level of expertise in the area of Family Law.
When you see the specialist accreditation logo attached to the lawyers at Evans & Company Family Lawyers, it should provide you with confidence that the firm that you are dealing with has a significant level of legal expertise in Family Law.
Only solicitors who have their specialist accreditation from the Queensland Law Society are permitted to call themselves “specialist” and to exhibit the specialist accreditation logo.
If you would like an appointment with either of our partners who are both Queensland Law Society accredited specialists in Family Law, please contact our office on (07) 5574 1888 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
