Woman banned from home after putting off prospective buyers

In a recent family law matter, the parties were ordered to sell the former family home.

The wife was living in the former family home was ordered out of the property by the Federal Magistrates Court in Melbourne after she pointed out all the defects in the home to potential buyers.
